About The Role
We are looking to grow our team by bringing on a full time Marketing Specialist. This role would work from home but will have the opportunity to attend client meetings, photo and video shoots plus catch up with the team for face-to-face coworking days regularly.
This is a full-time position, but we are open to you working flexibly across the work week. We would need the successful candidate to be available on Mondays as this is when we catch up as a team for weekly client reviews and meetings.
The key tasks for our new Digital Marketing Specialist will be to:
- Set up, monitor and report on Meta Ad campaigns
- Set up, monitor and report on Google Ad campaigns
- Develop and schedule organic content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google My Business
- General copywriting for newsletters and blogs
- Implement Search Engine Optimisation strategies utiling Semrush
- Working closely with our Director to develop campaign strategies
- Working closely with our Graphic Designer to develop creatives
- Attend regular client meetings to provide updates and reports
About You
Our ideal candidate would be someone who is happy working as part of a local but remote team and comfortable managing accounts for multiple clients. We are a team of Novocastrians who love what we do and like to have fun doing it, so someone with a similar mindset would be a great fit for our team!
Ideally, we would like to hire someone with 5 or more years’ experience working in a similar role. Experience with online platforms such as Microsoft, Trello, Slack, Sked, Metricool, Canva and DashThis would be great, too.
The successful candidate will be invited to attend client meetings (face to face and online) so we would love someone who is comfortable chatting through campaigns results and strategies with clients and their teams.
